Black and White Experimentation

I recently went on a photo trip with two friends to Lower Lough Erne in County Fermanagh. Whilst there I decided I’d take some landscape photos with the express intention of making them black and white.

I don’t know why I’d never considered doing B&W landscapes before, but I do like the results I got here.

    I have my 7D currently set to black and white mode. Seeing the world in mono on the screen is a different experience, but having the safety net of all the colour data still recorded in the RAW file is a bonus if I change my mind later.
